Undergraduate Mentorship Program

Rules and Expectations

Purpose: Encourage students to accomplish their goals, provide resources to students on- and off- campus, help students transition to a university setting, provide guides and tips for students to follow throughout their academic career, support underrepresented students of color, learn, form long-lasting relationships, pay it forward pipeline, encourage students to get involved (in and out of LMSA+)

Rules:  -Meet at least twice a quarter (between week 1-5, week 6-10)

-Must complete a Google Form after every meeting .

-Be professional and respectful of your mentee/mentor's time

-Must attend the reveal party and social events

-Personal goals tracking and working toward achieving them plus holding each other accountable

-Being an active  LMSA_ member by attending general meetings.

Applicants are restricted to 1st and 2nd year undergrad students.

You will be receiving a welcome email from Mentorship Coordinator or the secretary detailing info about this program with the handbook attached and information about your mentor/mentee
