As a first-generation student, my parents have been my biggest motivation in everything I do. Their love, sypport, and work ethic inspire me to one day provide compassionate care for underserved communities. LMSA+ has connected me with individuals who share the same passion and drive. Additionally, it has given me a safe space to grow and work toward my goals and aspirations.

LMSA+ has been my home away from home at UCR. Every interaction with fellow members and the opportunities the club provides have fueled my passion for medicine and my commitment to giving back to our community. Through these experiences, I’ve been able to develop essential professional skills that I’m sure will serve me well in my future career.
